Upon booking your appointment online we request payment in full. Please be aware that this is non-refundable, though can be transferred to another booking if you reschedule. Should you need to re-schedule your appointment, we ask for 24hrs notice; if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within this 24hrs, your payment will not be transferred to your new appointment and further payment will be required.
